By using our website, you agree to:
- Only make legally valid inquiries or orders.
- Not place false or fraudulent orders. In case of reasonable suspicion of such an order, we will cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

At any time during the purchase process, you can modify quantities or remove items by updating your shopping cart. You can also change or add a new shipping address before placing the order, allowing you to store multiple delivery addresses in the same account.
Once you reach the order confirmation stage, you will be asked for certain information that is necessary to process both the payment and the shipment of the products. You will need to provide us with your personal information, the delivery address where you want the products to be shipped, the billing address, the payment method, and the payment details for the chosen payment method.
Once we have this information, we will be able to process the payment, and you will receive instant confirmation via email, which will include the details of your order, including amounts, shipping costs, as well as the delivery address and timeframe. All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or if items are out of stock, we will refund any previously paid amount.

You can pay the total amount of your purchase by bank transfer. You will receive the account information from Bertha Hogar at the time of choosing this payment method.
It is essential to include your order number when making the transfer in order to identify your payment. You will have a period of 5 business days to make the transfer/deposit. If it is not made within that time, Bertha Hogar will proceed to cancel the order.
CASH ON DELIVERY
With this option, you will receive your order at the chosen address and must make the payment to the carrier upon delivery. This service has an additional cost of 3% of the order amount, with a minimum of 3.90€.
These charges will be clearly detailed on your invoice.
In cash on delivery shipments, the shipping and billing address must be the same.
NUMA TEXTIL, S.L. guarantees that the data travels over a secure, encrypted, and protected connection according to the (SSL) protocol to ensure security measures in transactions that occur on the Internet.
PRICES AND TAXES
The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as detailed in the Shipping Costs section.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but they will never affect orders that have already been placed, i.e., those that already have a Purchase Confirmation (proof of purchase).
VALUE ADDED TAX AND INVOICING
In accordance with Article 68 of Law 37/1992 of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of items will be considered as taking place in the territory of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally prevailing rate at any given time, depending on the specific item in question.
In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the current regulations in each of these territories. You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may indicate at any time your desire to receive a paper invoice, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in that format. You can request this by contacting our customer service, using any of the provided means, free of charge.
The shipping costs will be properly informed once the shipping information for the products is entered and before placing the order.
When applying rates and discounts, three territorial areas will be distinguished: Peninsula; Balearic Islands; Ceuta and Melilla.
Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 natural days without giving any justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 natural days after the day you or a third party, indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods, or in the case of goods that make up your order being delivered separately, 14 natural days after the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at NUMA TEXTIL S.L., at the postal address Polígono Industrial de Bergondo, c/ Parroquia de Lubre, parc. G-21, 15165, Bergondo, A Coruña, by phone at 981784904, or through the email address email@example.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email) or, where applicable, use the form that we have made available for this purpose.
You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the object of the contract is the supply of any of the following products:
- Customized items.
- Sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the consumer.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments you have made regarding the goods subject to such withdrawal. The shipping costs will always be borne by the consumer. The withdrawal will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the products to us at any of our stores or request the return through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, in which case the corresponding shipping costs will be charged, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.
For the return via courier, you must provide the properly completed return form to the following address: BERTHA HOGAR WEB, c\San Andrés 63-65 Bajo I, 15003, A Coruña. In any case, BERTHA HOGAR will manage the return through the MRW courier service.
The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the expiration of said period.
Unless you return the goods to our facilities, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Your right to withdraw from the contract will only apply to products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond mere opening, of products that are not in the same conditions as when they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions, and any other documents that may accompany it.
After examining the item, we will inform you whether a refund of the amounts paid is applicable.
PRODUCT WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
The warranty for the purchased products is two years. In accordance with the modification established through Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 of April 7, which amends the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the legal warranty for products purchased from January 1, 2022, will be three years. NUMA TEXTIL, S.L. does not assume any additional warranty that has not been reflected in this document.
The applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications we send to you be in writing. By using this website, you agree that most of such communications with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on this website. For contractual purposes, you consent to use this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing . This condition will not affect your rights recognized by law.
INDEPENDENCE OF CLAUSES
If any of these terms of sale is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any extent by a competent authority, that condition or provision shall be separated to that extent from the rest of the conditions and provisions, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
NUMA TEXTIL S.L. reserves the right to make modifications to these General Conditions. The modifications will always be communicated in advance. The user must pay special attention to the provisions in these General Conditions on each occasion when the service is used. The use of the website and/or the use of the services, after the General Conditions that are applicable have been modified, implies the user's acceptance of the same.
NUMA TEXTIL S.L. reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and others) at any time, without affecting an ongoing purchase/sale.
For notification purposes, NUMA TEXTIL S.L. expressly designates the address stated in these General Conditions, and as for the user, they expressly designate the address provided by them during the registration process. Likewise, the user expressly states their acceptance that any type of communication be carried out through the electronic address provided by them. Any change of address or email address must be duly communicated to the other party for future notifications.
NUMA TEXTIL S.L. may temporarily interrupt the service due to force majeure or any other cause. Such interruption shall not entitle to any type of compensation for any damages that may arise as a result, except for the refund of the amount for the service that could not be provided.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by the current Spanish law. The competent courts will be those of the consumer's domicile.
